Art United Methodist Church (order # 03-12)

This art print is from our historical calendar "Weather Lore."

 $15 matted (11" x 14")

$50 framed (14" x 17")

Weather lore tells us "Cold is the night when the stars shine bright."  As I painted this hill country scene,  I could almost hear the congregation of Art United Methodist Church singing Christmas carols.  Snow sometimes dips down into the hill country, but snow flies more often in Northwest Texas where the greatest 24-hour snowfall (24 inches) was recorded Feb. 3-4, 1956 in Plainview.
